We love our work and the people we get to do it for and with. So a few years back we decided we'd celebrate Valentine's Day instead of getting lost in the end of year holiday shuffle.

This year, I've been thinking a lot about the power of perspective. The power of great creative is all about a fresh perspective on a familiar problem. Sometimes, a 1-degree pivot is all we need to see the power we all have.

During Covid, I started to feel stuck. The monotony of virtual meetings and feeling alone in my home felt a little like a prison. The constraints abounded. But I took a moment to look at the opportunity and realized that with the entire world expecting virtual connection - I could do that from anywhere.

So I bought an RV and spent nearly a year traveling the country with 2 paragliders, a dirt bike and gravel bike, a backpack, ski gear and fishing gear, and 3 internet sources. My business had its best year yet, and adventure abounded. All because I asked, "What could I do?" instead of, "What should I do?"

As a former national champion paraglider, I can attest that not much gives you perspective like covering a hundred miles at thousands of feet above the earth.
